The Prime Ministers and foreign ministers and other ministers of several countries, besides ambassadors or high commissioners of a large number of countries, have so far consented to attend the 7th edition of Gujarat Government’s biennial flagship event Vibrant Gujarat Summit-2015 beginning here on January 11, 2015.
They include United Nations Secretary General Ban-ki-Moon, US Secretary of State John Kerry, Bhutan’s Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay and Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Grueveski, among others. The Government of India will be represented by a host of Ministers of Departments Concerned.
The VGS-2015 is scheduled to be a big meeting ground for heads of states as well as top honchos of global corporations, banks and financial institutions. The deliberations are likely to facilitate framing new industrial and related policies.
Prominent among other countries scheduled to participate in Country Seminars include United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Netherlands, Sweden, Canada, UAE, Israel, Bahrain and Afghanistan.
